Warehouse Coordinator to consultant assignment
About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Warehouse Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse and with order administration. Your main focus will be on operational service, but you will also have the opportunity to work on improvement projects in parallel.
Your daily work may include the following:
• Daily inspection of the equipment
• Contact with suppliers
• Operational service to the site
• Improvement working
• Goods receptions in SAP, count and validate that you have received the correct article in the correct quantity
• Admin work in SAP and LSC
• Movement of goods within the site, by truck
• Hall service
The role as Warehouse Coordinator is consultant assignment starting in April and ending October 2023, with a possibility to extend. Selection is ongoing, please do not hesitate with sending in your application.
About You
You will also need to have high communication skills in English, and Swedish language skills would be a plus. A truck license is required. You have computer skills, preferably within SAP.
While warehouse knowledge is a plus, it is not a must.
As a person you are curious and driven to improve, with a strong focus on delivering results. You are a highly ambitious individual with a strong interest in improvement work. You are service-minded and have excellent communication skills. Your days will be varied, so you will need to be structured, flexible, and always service minded. As part of a smaller team, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
