UCG 111501 Network/IP Technician
UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• Level is equivalent to Cisco CCNP/CCNA. Though you will work with many different vendor equipment.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and IP products: Router, Switch, Firewall, WIFI
• Experience of providing support
• Experience of troubleshooting

About the job:
• Design, implementation with Router, Switch, WIFI and Firewall.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts. This will include hands-on deployment and troubleshooting.
• Providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, remote access or onsite.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues onsite
Remote work possible while Covid-19. You should be able to travel.
