Technical lead engineer/Team leader - Software and Electronics
We are looking for a technical lead engineer to our Electronics and software team. Beside the role as a techinal lead engineer(which will be your focus area) you will also work as a teamleader where the emphasis will be on resource planning, creating roadmaps for future projects, drive the team goals, cherish the competence level and wellbeing within the team.
Within the Primary and Concept development for hand held products our focus is on new technology, material and features. We have the responsibility to be up to date with news within our industry but also to look at other markets, products ect. to see if there are things that we could use to improve the products or to develop completely new ones.
We give the teams a possibility to be creative, think outside the box and try new things. At the same time we also strive to be close to the customers and to understand their situation so that we are able to make better products and make them more productive and safe.
The electronic and software team has the knowledge about components and technology that could improve Husqvarna hand held products. We co-operate with other companies on projects to develop new components, solutions and processes. We also work close to the RnD departments to transfer our knowledge and concepts to projects in the industrialization phase.

-Lead primary projects within hand held category
-Proof of Concept
-Steering team presentation
-Project meetings
-Time plan
-Work with a RnD and product department to create scope for projects for hand held products
-Work with product lab to test concept and evaluate results
Skills or techniques
- 3-5 years relevant work experience in the field
- Good knowledge about Electronics and embedded programming
- Project manager or the willingness to learn how to be one
