System Developer / Leader
As a System Leader, you will be the technical leader for pre-studies, which targets having well analyzed concepts that define how the project can implement the needed change. For smaller pre-studies you will do the analysis yourself, and for large pre-studies you will lead a team that together performs the necessary investigations. You will be responsible for reviewing input requirements and identifying possible solutions, analyze and anchor them until a recommendation can be made taking project scope, current platform and technical limitations into consideration. You will also work close to agile software development teams to support implementation of proposed solutions. In this role, you will be both a leader and a pedagogue. It is important that you are self-motivated and good at prioritizing and planning your own, and when needed, your team’s work. You need to be able to analyze and solve complex problems, creating pedagogical overviews, highlighting important details and have the ability to anchor them with different stakeholders that not necessarily have the same technical knowledge as you. To do this successfully, you need to have deep technical know-how combined with very good networking- and communication skills. We are looking for someone with experience within one or several of these areas: • Vehicle Connectivity/Telematics • Electro mobility • Electrical Architecture Qualifications • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electronics/Computer engineering or equivalent education • Minimum 5 years of work experience within product development and systems engineering • Very good understanding of embedded software and HW development. • Knowledge about Requirement Verification or Validation Process methods • Leadership skills proven in use • High competence in communication and networking • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies • Fluent communication in English
