As an organization with a strong focus on procurement, the Sourcing Manager will play a vital role in fortifying and advancing the client's business.
In the role as Sourcing Manager, you will serve as a valuable Business Partner for local procurement needs. Additionally, depending on your capabilities, you may assist Group Procurement with their projects. One crucial aspect of this position is cultivating enduring relationships with our key stakeholders to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that procurement targets on local levels are fully aligned with category strategies
- Run local sourcing activities in cooperation with global Category Teams
- Support local leaders and stakeholders in the procurement process, ensuring efficient execution
- Cooperate closely with global category managers and provide input for long-term category strategies
- Identify and drive improvements to Sourcing Management
- Consider cost, customer benefits, and sustainability factors in procurement decisions
- Review and renegotiate contracts (depending on experience)
Requirements:
- Master´s degree in business, engineering, economics or similar, or atleast 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- Experienced in procurement processes, e.g. sourcing, negotiation and contract review
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
