Responsibilities:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis on network solutions for approximately 100 SaaS products
Modernize network solutions supporting critical SaaS products
Implement Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) across all SaaS products
Improve documentation quality and governance related to network infrastructure
Automate deployment, configuration, and operations of network components and services
Ensure infrastructure solutions meet security best practices and Ework’s internal standards
Clearly communicate complex networking concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Required Experience and Skills:
Proven technical leadership in networking within cross-functional and multicultural environments
Experience designing highly available (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) network architectures
Strong hands-on expertise in:
Fortigate firewall administration
BGP routing
MPLS, VPN/SSLVPN, Site-to-Site VPN, and other network protocols
Experience with Fortigate API for automation
Solid understanding of networking protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing)
Familiarity with cloud network technologies in Azure and AWS:
Azure Firewall, Virtual Network Gateway, Virtual Networks
AWS VPC and related services
Good understanding of modern IT security practices and architecture patterns
