Description
This is a Senior Level 4 design engineer role within Top-Hat / Seats design.
You will be a senior team member together with System Manager, achieve targets regarding an optimal Belt In Seat structure.
The responsibilities will be included in the network between
- OEM Engineering
- System Supplier
- Different design customers
- Team Center will be a daily tool for releasing models and creating BOM structures
- Seat Structure engineering
- Drive and report “quick” concept studies
Tasks
- Belt in Seat system with Seat rails
- CATIA and Team-Center as main tool
- Develop Seat structure for new Belt In Seat application.
- Concept studies and evaluation for seat structures
- Using CAE in Catia is a merit.
- Design work also includes concept studies for team analysis
Qualifications
- Bsc. in Mechanical engineering / Diploma in relevant area.
- At least 8 years experience within Seats design.
- Worked with Tier 1 OEMs in Europe / Asia.
- High coordination skills needed between Stakeholders, Supplier (requirements, timing, Technical Input and System needs).
- Good structure, flexible mindset & good English
- Team player
