Position Overview
We are seeking a certified Robot After-Sales Service Engineer with strong technical fundamentals and hands-on experience to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial robots and intelligent automation systems. Certification and formal training in robotic systems are the primary selection criteria for this role.




Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, commissioning, and acceptance of industrial robots and automation equipment
Provide on-site after-sales service, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement effective solutions
Conduct robot programming, debugging, and performance optimization
Execute preventive maintenance and ensure system reliability
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation
Provide technical training and operational guidance to customers
Support system upgrades, retrofits, and continuous improvement initiatives





Mandatory Requirements (Core Criteria)
Must hold a valid robot service or engineering certification
(e.g., Agibot, ABB, FANUC, KUKA, Universal Robots, or equivalent)
Must have completed formal training in robot operation, maintenance, or system integration
Hands-on experience in robot maintenance, after-sales service, or technical support





Technical Skills
Solid understanding of industrial robot systems, structures, and control principles
Experience with robot programming and teaching (e.g., ABB RAPID, FANUC TP, KUKA KRL, URScript)
Basic knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) and HMI systems
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues independently
Familiarity with servo systems, sensors, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, EtherCAT)





Experience Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in robotics or automation service
Field service or customer-facing experience is preferred





Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple robot brands
Strong problem-solving and hands-on troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently at customer sites
Basic English communication skills (for documentation and technical coordination)
