R&D Data Integration Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Data Management PLM Specialist to join our client's team. You will play a pivotal role in the NG PLM program, supporting the migration of data across all R&D sites within the company. Your expertise will guide the transition from STEP (product master data) and SmarTeam (PDM) to Teamcenter, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Parts Management, and Data Management.
- Focus on E-BOM, Part, CAD, and Engineering Change management.
- Engage in various tasks as per the data migration team's assignment description.

- Strong ability in technical solutions and their synthesis with functional requirements.
- Expertise in creating solution architecture and aligning functional requirements with technical solutions.
- Proficiency in conducting gap analysis, building data models, and proposing effective solutions.
- Ability to understand global customer needs and design appropriate solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize information and define, monitor, and support best practices and standards.
