About this opportunity:
Join Ericsson as a Line Manager for the CCI PS Security Test unit, focusing on product security for Cloud RAN gNodeB. Lead a team of skilled security testers and drive innovation in vulnerability analysis, basic penetration testing, and security assurance for BNEW products.
What you will do:
* Manage and develop the Security Test unit.
* Drive security test technology and strategy evolution for Cloud RAN gNodeB
* Foster innovation and continuous improvement.
* Build relationships with Business Units/GF Security functions, Customers, and Regulatory bodies.
Ensure alignment and evolution of security test processes in collaboration with the design flow resp.

* Experience as a line manager in R&D or product security.
* Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
* Strategic and operational understanding.
* Technical education at the university level.
* Excellent communication and team engagement skills.
* Understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies.
* Flexibility, result-oriented, and adept at change management.
* Proficiency in English language skills.
