Role objectives
Overall responsibility for the grid connected projects under construction at Alight
Development of the grid connected branch of Operations
Leading and coaching the Grid Connection team members (Technical Project Managers)
Responsible for construction of grid connected projects as Technical Project Manager

Activities in role
Develop Alight’s strategy for the procurement and construction of grid connected solar projects
Ensure Alight can construct GC plants that has requisite quality level to Alights standards and lowest investment cost giving the lowest possible LCOE
Develop and manage relationships with existing and new suppliers, consultants and other partners
Directly manage grid connected solar park projects as a project manager
Arrange weekly 1-on-1 meetings with the technical project managers in the team
