About the Role
As Project Director and Area Coordinator, you will oversee the execution of a large-scale CAPEX, technically advanced industrial project which involves complex site-wide infrastructure and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring the assigned project scope is delivered safely, on schedule, on quality and within budget.
Leading a large multidisciplinary team and working closely with contractors, suppliers, authorities, and community stakeholders.
Building and developing a high-performing project organization.
· Work closely with the project management team and company-wide strategic teams.
Supporting future project planning.
Who You Are
We are looking for a leader with:
A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 5–8 years in senior management roles within large-scale industrial projects.
Proven success in managing capital projects over EUR 1 billion in complex, heavy industry environments.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a hands-on approach and the ability to drive performance.
Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving business environments.
