Product Owner and Hardware in the Loop (HIL) engineer

Every day, more of the products around us are connected, digitalized, and made autonomous to give customers and users more value. Transport is one of the industries where development within these areas is moving the fastest.
We develop embedded systems and functions in areas such as Infotainment and Driver Display. We are looking for a Product Owner with hands-on work as a HIL Engineer that has a passion for building and maintaining our HIL rigs. The final product will be a state-of-the-art test environment that will be used both by testers, developers, and also our CI/CD.
Your work assignments
As a Product Owner for the team and HIL engineer, your daily work is to:
• Collaborating with users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on incoming requests
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot our HIL Rigs, e.g. by enhancing the HW based on continuously evolving needs and synchronizing SW configurations accordingly
• Create multi-purpose cable harness, e.g. for power, digital/analog I/Os, high-speed data
• Provide support and shipping HW to stakeholders in different locations for their test rigs
Your Profile
You have experience working with communication protocols in vehicles such as CAN and have a good understanding of test methodologies in agile projects. You have also worked as Product Owner and HIL rigs.
You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc in the fields of embedded systems, mechatronics, computer science, electronics, or similar along with relevant work experience. You are familiar with or have an ISTQB “Foundation test” certification. However, your attitude and eagerness to learn in a creative environment are most important!
As a person, you have good communication skills, are structured, and cooperative, and take responsibility for having a good test environment for our internal customers. With your curiosity, you will enjoy being part of a team that shares experiences as well as challenges. You will work closely together in the team to achieve the common goal.
