That is our promise, and we do this every day with great passion and energy.Job Description• To transform the knowledge and insights in life at home to action on range level• To lead creative process for better homes solutions within assigned range area and when applicable cross Home Furnishing Business• To identify and co create othe strategic range design stories• To visualize and communicate of the range and product movements before and during the development process• To contribute in creating and securing deliveries to cross HFB range and product plan including Launches and activities in accordance to the One IKEA Range and product plan• To involve the development teams in creation of range and product plan for best possible hand over of development projects• Together with all members of Range and product team to create preconditions for Product Development teams to develop better products delivering to all 5 dimensions of Democratic Design• To secure that decided color, pattern and material directions are utilized to ensure IKEA identity• To secure that decided platforms, shared solutions and standard materials are utilized to ensure IKEA identity and lowest price• To feed in to development of platforms, shared solutions, standard colours and materials.• To secure that each development project deliver to better homes with better solutions• For IKEA unique identity on assigned range and product areaQualificationsTo join us in this mission, we believe that you have a university degree in design dicipline or product development. You have extensive experience with product development through complete value chain in a global environment. You have proven track record of sucessfully leading and working in multidisciplanatory teams. You have strong ability to work on strategic, tactical and operational level and communicate and visualise concepts and ideas. You have a passion and deep knowledge about life at home and customer needs. You have the ability to explore different perspectives, be innovative and be comfortable in the unknown and a constant urge to improve, develop, change and influence. You are truly curious and have a courageous mindset.
