Denna position rapporterar till: Procurement Manager.
The backbone of our capability in Sales and Operations is competence within Procurement & Logistics, Engineering, Site Activities, Sales, Tender Delivery, Project Delivery and Service Delivery. The Procurement and Logistics unit in Sweden is a part of Northern Europe HUB Procurement & Logistic unit that includes the countries of Norway, Finland, UK, Irland, Denmark and Sweden with obligations for all Procurement and Logistics activities belonging to Northern Europe Hub.
Procurement & Logistics unit play an increasingly important role in our business as purchased materials, services and equipment represent a dominant share of ABB’s value chain. As such, effective and efficient supply management is crucial to the success of the business. Our focus is to obtain the highest quality and value possible through effective sourcing of goods and services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague who can guide and develop capabilities in the Procurement & Logistics Unit in close collaboration with the Hub, BL PAEN and Sales-/Operation-/Service teams.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Higher education within Procurement & Logistics or other relevant education.
Wide experience within Procurement and Logistics management (5…10 years).
Management and organizational development experience.
Background from EPC, project, or integrator business a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
Coaching skills and ability to guide and develop high performing teams.
