Based on this you initiate and manage improvement activities to reach our goals.Your key accountabilities as Process Engineer areContinuously monitor key performance indicators for assigned production areas and proactively propose measures.Handling of non-conforming products, ie investigation and decision for disposition.Root-cause analysis for quality issues and initiation of preventive actions.Support the production in the development within our LEAN production system Wellspect Way.Act as contact for the production areas and be a part in cross-functional workgroups and development projects.
