About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect / Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex, high-impact consulting assignments. In this senior role, you will play a key part in shaping consultancy offerings, driving business strategy, and ensuring exceptional delivery of customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, alignment, and development of consultancy offerings to match evolving customer needs.
Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale, high-complexity assignments.
Review, guide, and approve the work of other consultants to maintain quality and consistency.
Define, implement, and promote best practices across consulting teams and projects.
Contribute to the development of consultancy products and services, and actively support the growth of the overall consulting business strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in Sales, Market & Business Intelligence.
Strong background in strategic planning, leadership, and people development.
Ability to deliver results in complex and fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Strategic vision with the ability to shape long-term consulting approaches.
Experience in defining and scaling consulting frameworks.
Languages
English – Proficient (spoken and written).
Swedish – Proficient (spoken and written).
