About the job
As a painter, you'll be responsible for various tasks related to boat painting, such as sanding, masking, puttying, and painting. You'll also have the opportunity to work on color analysis, mixing, and plastic repairs. If you're skilled in practical work, have an eye for detail, and are proficient in handling spray guns, you're the perfect fit. Quality control and maintaining a tidy workspace are also essential.
Your Profile
- Previous painting experience in automotive or boat industries
- High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent education in painting
- Precision and attention to detail in all tasks
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with epoxy and polyurethane paints
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Value quality over quantity and a proactive problem solver
- Knowledge of polishing is a plus
Before you come on board, we'll conduct a comprehensive health assessment, and passing a spirometry test is required for the job. A background check will be part of the final hiring process.
