Junior Transport Coordinator (Junior transportsamordnare)
By executing the local Rider processes, your work has an impact on the experience of all current and future Riders. You potentially work with all Riders and Rider Captains on a daily basis, whether it’s due to your recruitment activities, compliance follow-up or development projects. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
Execution and administration of high-quality and seamless Rider Processes
This will include Rider recruitment, onboarding, Rider training and staffing
Drive Rider compliance and performance among (new) Riders
Initiate activities and projects that drive Rider engagement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional English language written and spoken.
Previous work experience from a similar role
Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google suite (Google sheets, Google Slides) basic knowledge
Leadership experience
Analytical skills
