Engineering Director subordinate to CEO. Also, as where it is necessary, Engineering Director is required to coordinate with respective managers and officers from Isuzu Motors Limited (Parent company located in Japan) and its group company.
the assignment is to supervise Engineering team. Upon direction given from CEO and stakeholder, Engineering Director is responsable to define the necessary tasks, milestones and goals and allocate to the team. Regularly and constantly Engineering Director review the performance and improve to optimize it.
Therefore, this role requires intensive communication with team, CEO, group companies, and stakeholder.
