What you’ll do as Industrialization Engineer?
In this role, you will be part of the product development projects early until volume production. You will be part of concept studies and early projects to find new and best solutions for our products. You will work closely with both engineers and contract manufacturers to guide and steer, for us to have the best possible set up for manufacturing of our products. You will prepare and support our manufacturers for the technologies we need for our products. All within the area of PCBA & SMT assembly. Our objective is to ensure the seamless transition of early prototypes into volume production by proactively addressing key aspects of producibility, reliability, quality, andcost optimization. Travelling to our manufacturers will demand 10-15 days/ year.

Experience:·
Specialist within SMT/PCB Assembly
Min 5 years of relevant experience, including practical experience of production environment.
Knowledge of the impact specific components and packages have on both the electrical and production process issues.
Very good knowledge of production equipment.
Analytical skills and experience of writing instructions.
Ability to train others, both internally and externally.
Certified IPC-A-610 specialist
Knowledge of international standards ex. J-STD-001, IEC 61340-5-1
ESD impact problem solving experience
Production preparation engineer
Component engineer
ISO auditor
