As one of our HR Managers will be on parental leave, we are now looking for a temporary replacement to our office in Mölndal. You will hold an exciting and challenging position with a clear opportunity to make a difference and support the ongoing development of the business/global units. As HR manager you will provide proactive and valued HR partnership and be responsible for the operational support for managers with employees at the Mölndal office. You will be part of the Nordic & Baltics HR organization and have many international contacts and you will be reporting to HR Manager Lead Mölndal.
Location is in Mölndal/Gothenburg.
Work as HR Manager to assigned business teams to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR issues related to performance management, recruitments, organizational and people development and change management
Support the development and delivery of business unit related topics in development activities, organization or structure changes, interpretation and evaluation of appropriate remuneration issues
Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices
Advise on labor law, collective agreement and policy related issues concerning employees to make sure that Essity is compliant
Responsible for Union negotiations
Proactively work with health and support in rehabilitation processes
University degree in Human Resources
5-10 years of experience working as HR Manager or HRBP
Fluent in both English and Swedish
Experience from working in a large global company and with line managers located abroad is beneficial
We use Workday as our global HR system to support our processes. If you are system savvy and have previous experience in using Workday this is an advantage.
You have the ability to understand and navigate in a complex matrix organization. As a person you are driven and pragmatic with strong integrity. Furthermore, it is important that you are passioned about operative HR work. You build relationships based on trust and respect and can engage, coach and inspire people around you.
You will be part of an HR Manager team of four. We offer you an exciting, competent and challenging job environment. We work globally with many strong international brands, hence you will have international contacts on a daily basis. This is a temporary position for about 12 months with possibility for prolongation.
