About this opportunity
The Head of Process Governance & Control is the focal point for the Sourcing function in relation to Process Management and unit governance on overall Functional Area level. The unit is accountable for EGMS, Sourcing steering documents and management of Control points. Supporting Sourcing business flows with common process methodologies and architecture. Working proactively with relevant stakeholders to prevent process non-adherence and ensuring efficient monitoring and control of high-risk transactions.
What you will do
EGMS framework for Sourcing
Process governance and release management.
Internal Assessment overall planning.
Responsible for the Group Sourcing Steering document suite
NSO and M&A related topics
Sourcing Control Tower – audit process adherence of high risk transactions
Responsible for SOX and control framework and sign-off of changes.
Support Business Flows with process methodologies and development capabilities.
Sourcing Job role definition and maintenance ownership
You will bring
University Degree or equivalent experience
Min 5-10 years' experience of leading in global environment
Min 5 years Sourcing experience
Intuition For Business
Understanding of the e2e Sourcing process and the related cross functional dependencies
Ability to lead global, complementary teams towards common target
Strong Organisational change capability
Drive objective decision making together with stakeholders across Sourcing as well as Ericsson
Strong collaborative skills
