Foreman / Civil Foreman Immediate Start
We are seeking experienced Foremen / Civil Foremen to join ongoing infrastructure and industrial projects in Sweden and Europe.
The ideal candidates are capable of leading site teams and ensuring daily construction works are executed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.
Selected candidates must be ready to start on-site immediately.
Main Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of skilled workers, tradesmen, and subcontractors
Execute daily tasks in line with drawings, method statements, and HSE rules
Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality on-site
Communicate daily requirements and progress to the Lead Foreman or Site Agent
Ensure site discipline, correct use of tools, and compliance with safety procedures
Support preparation of material requests and daily reporting
Requirements
Minimum 3 -5 years' experience as a Foreman in civil, infrastructure, or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of concrete, rebar, earthworks, or utilities
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proven leadership and communication skills with mixed-language teams
English required;
Driving licence (B) preferred
EU work eligibility preferred – Work permit sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates
