Job description
You have an important role in driving the EHS and Quality strategy together with the site management team. You are expected to support and drive the systematic work environment management towards our vision of achieving 0 accidents in the workplace. You will also develop routines and processes that improve our external environmental impact as well as work environment and safety. You will be a part of the Sweden Quality group which means that you will have close collaboration and exchange with the site in Mjällby.
You are also expected to:
• Analyze processes with our engineering and production teams to further improve our quality performance
• Keep in touch with supervisory authorities and be the business's expert and advisor in work environment and safety issues
• Take part in the site day-to-day activities and willing to step in and support the teams when needed
Initially, much of the focus will be on the implementation and development of the management system. You will own the assignment and, with support from the rest of the team/organization, project lead and coordinate with all functions in the company. Even though it is a big challenge, it also represents an opportunity to influence the design of the system.
Your profile
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have a few years of experience in a similar position within EHQS where technical understanding, problem-solving, and the development och quality related processes are key. If you have also worked according to IATF16949, we will be especially happy. We believe that your genuine technical interest led you to pursue higher education in engineering or a related field. You are fluent in Swedish and English and have good communication skills.
Others describe you as a skilled problem-solver who takes responsibility for your tasks. Your current colleagues also appreciate your ability to maintain clarity in complex projects.
