The AI Marketing Program Lead will play a critical role in driving the implementation and innovation of AI tools, enabling new ways of working, and supporting the development of future-fit skills and competencies across Ericsson.
This position requires a strategic and collaborative individual who can oversee multiple AI initiatives and ensure their successful integration across the organization, and work with change management within the Global M&CR organization.
The AI Marketing Program Lead will report directly to Head of Digital Marketing & Channels, and be the interface towards the business line working closely with various departments to advance AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving and coordinating the cross functional organisation towards a successful AI implementation of new way of working, competence shift, and tools & agents’ accessibility
* Implement the AI program for M&CR and follow the approved AI Marketing & Communications strategy.
* Drive AI Tool Implementation and Innovation: Continue to drive implementation and innovation of global AI tools – both existing and future global tools introduced, in collaboration with the Tool owners in IT and Digital Marketing & Channels.
* Manage AI Strategy Use Cases: Lead and track the implementation of prioritized use cases outlined in the AI strategy.
* Collect and measure the impact of AI initiatives (ROI) for the global organization—shared responsibility with the AI Strategy Lead to ensure alignment and input to global M&C KPIs
* Collaborate with AI Collaboration Lab: Partner with the AI Collaboration Lab to prioritize the global development of Glean AI agents, supporting a worldwide rollout of AI capabilities. · Communication and Information Dissemination: Communicate and inform about AI developments within the global Marketing & Communications (M&CR) unit.
* Develop AI Guardrails: Continue to develop and refine AI guardrails for the business to ensure safe and compliant use of AI technologies.
* Collaborate with Sourcing: Work with sourcing teams to ensure that agencies and suppliers can safely and compliantly use AI capabilities in their deliveries to Ericsson.
* Martech Portfolio Analysis and Optimization: Drive the analysis and optimization of the total Martech portfolio in collaboration with the IT organization (GFGO).
* Collaborate with AI Strategy Lead: Work closely with the AI Strategy Lead to shape plans and strategies, enabling their implementation within the business.
* Continue to lead the AI taskforce, and evolve its setup based on organizational focus and needs.
* Represent M&C in other relevant company fora for AI.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Proven experience in leading AI initiatives and projects within a large organization.
· Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in marketing and communications.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
